Dr. Persaud completed his general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center/ NYU Langone Brooklyn, where he was presented with the prestigious “Resident of the Year” award. As a dental resident, Dr. Persaud was trained to handle hospital-related dental emergencies, while gaining experience in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Persaud remained at NYU Langone Brooklyn to serve as Chief Dental Resident, where he took on more challenging dental cases. As Chief Resident, Dr. Persaud focused his training on endodontics, implants, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and prosthodontics.
Dr. Persaud has also completed additional training under the Misch International Implant Institute surgical program and has completed the requirements to achieve the status of Fellow Implantologist.
In his free time, Dr. Persaud likes to work out, play tennis, and spend time with family and friends.
